Day 1: Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Merzouga Desert

Your 3 day Marrakech to Sahara journey starts early in the morning from Marrakech. You will travel through the High Atlas Mountains and cross the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Along the way, you will stop for photos and enjoy views of Berber villages and green valleys.

Next, visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, one of the most beautiful sites in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After free time to explore and take photos, continue to Ouarzazate and pass through the Dades Valley.

In the afternoon, arrive in Merzouga Desert. Here, you will start your camel ride across the golden dunes. Enjoy a magical sunset in the Sahara, then reach your desert camp. Dinner will be served under the stars, followed by Berber music around the fire.
