Our first stop is Ifrane, known as the ‘Switzerland of Morocco’ for its cool climate and Alpine-like architecture. Continuing through the scenic Middle Atlas Mountains, we stop in the cedar forests, where you’ll have the chance to see the native Barbary macaques.

We’ll stop for lunch at a local restaurant along the way, allowing you to choose a convenient time for your meal. As we approach Merzouga, you’ll be greeted by the stunning sight of the Ziz Valley, an oasis filled with lush palm trees.

Arriving in Merzouga in the late afternoon, the adventure begins with a camel trek through the golden Erg Chebbi dunes. You’ll have time to explore this ancient fortified village and admire its unique architecture.

After a leisurely lunch, we continue the journey to Marrakech, crossing the dramatic High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass, Morocco’s highest road pass at 2,260 meters.
