Your 3 Days Tour Errachidia to Merzouga starts when your driver picks you up from Moulay Ali Cherif Airport in Errachidia. Since most flights arrive at night, we will drive straight to Merzouga. Upon arrival, you will check in to your hotel and spend the night, getting ready for your desert adventure.

After breakfast at your hotel, we begin a 4×4 tour around Merzouga, exploring the best spots in the Erg Chebbi dunes. Our first stop is Hassi Labied oasis, where you will see how locals use irrigation canals for farming. Next, we visit the seasonal Sriji lake, which sometimes fills with water, attracting birds.

We then head to Khamlia village, where you can listen to the unique Gnawa music, played by families of dark-skinned people brought to Morocco centuries ago. Later, we visit M’ifis mines, where fossils and minerals are found.

A special part of the trip is visiting a Berber nomad family living in the desert. You will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea and learn about their way of life. Throughout the day, we stop at panoramic viewpoints for amazing desert views and great photos.

After lunch in a local restaurant, we return to the village, where you begin your camel trekking adventure. The camel ride takes about 1 to 1.5 hours, with a stop at the top of the dunes to watch a beautiful sunset. If you like, you can also try sandboarding.

We then continue to the Berber desert camp, where you are welcomed with tea and have time to relax. After a delicious dinner, enjoy Berber drumming music under the starry sky before sleeping in a comfortable nomadic tent.

Wake up early to witness an amazing sunrise over the Sahara dunes, then enjoy breakfast and a shower at the camp. Afterward, you can ride your camel back to the starting point or take a 4WD transfer if you prefer.
