You will go to the old Medina’s entrance, known as Bab Boujloud or the Blue Gate. This seems to be a maze of streets and alleys. We then go from the Medina.
After breakfast, we head south through Imouzzer to Ifrane, known for its cool climate, snow, and charming alpine-style homes, earning it the nickname “Switzerland of Morocco.” Next, we visit the cedar forest, home to Barbary macaques, where you can even feed them as you stroll. Then, we continue to Midelt for a lunch break before driving through the Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass and the scenic Ziz Valley, with stops along the way for beautiful views.
In the afternoon, we arrive at the Merzouga Desert, where you’ll switch to camels for a ride across the golden dunes. We’ll pause atop a high dune to enjoy the sunset before reaching our camp. This desert camp combines the traditional nomadic tents with modern comforts, offering an authentic yet luxurious experience. Enjoy a Berber dinner, drum music, and dancing around the campfire under a star-filled sky. Overnight in the camp.

Carved by the Todra River, this canyon’s high red cliffs are a favorite spot for climbers. Feel free to wander and admire the beauty of the gorge.
