First we are going take you from your accommodation then we will drive towards our target the Middle Atlas mountains, in the this area of Morocco there are a lot of places such as Ifrane , a town in Morocco’s Middle Atlas Mountains. It’s known for its alpine-style architecture and nearby ski slopes and forests. Later we will Proceed our way passing by the cedar forests in Azrou which is located in a strategic crossroads towards the northern end of the Middle Atlas. we may have the chance to see the monkeys living in this forest. Later we will drive to Midelt, a very famous with its mineral products and apples. After a wihle we we’ll pass by Ziz valley, which is a series of georges in Morocco on the uppper course of the Ziz River. Then we will visit Erfoud , an oasis town in the Sahara desert which is a destination of filmmakers due to the beauty of the surrounding Sahara Desert and the town’s oasis areas. After visiting Erfoud we will head to Rissani and explore it a little then we will go to Merzouga where we we will have dinner and spend the night in an hotel.
After waking up early we will have our breakfast the we will go to explore the desert in an offroad vehicle in a small existing trip. Later we will visit the Khamlia, a village located near Erg Chebbi. Where we will see and listen to Gnawa’s music, and we will try to learn about their in desert dunes to explore large desert of Erg Chebbi. We also visit city of Rissani which is a fortified traditional music. Later we will have some tea with the local families living in the desert. After that we will go to a little village nearby to explore the traditional souk. And get ready for camel ride across Merzouga’s desert.
Without a doubt you will enjoy this camel trek which is going to be guided by a local Merzougian camel guide to explore the stunning sand dunes of this desert. When we reach our camp we will have a traditional dinner, and enjoy the local music, and later that night we will sleep in tents.
After waking up early we will ride the camels and wait to see the sunrise and enjoy the landscape while the sun shines combine with the Shadows of the dunes to create a stunning view. Later we’ll drive towards Tinghir, its name originally referred to the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, but its area has expanded to encompass surrounding villages and refers to the entire oasis, and we will also explore Todra gorges a series of limestone river canyons, or wadi, in the eastern part of the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco, which is the highest gorge in Morocco. Later we will drive through the Dades Valley to explore some rocks known as “monkey toes”.
At night we will eat and sleep on an hotel and you also may want to take a shower to clean your hair from the sand.
It’s the final day in our private tour, this day we will eat breakfast first then we will pay a visit to “Kalaat Mgouna” This town constitutes an economic and social center for the region, for its very animated nature. Kalaat M’gouna is most famous for the “Roses Festival” which takes place in the city every year in May. Later we will cross the route of thousand Kasbahs to reach Ouarzazate, this town is chiefly inhabited by Berber-speakers, who constructed many of the prominent kasbahs and buildings for which the area is known. It’s also an important holiday destination in Morocco, as a base for excursions across the Draa Valley and into the desert. The fortified village (ksar) of Aït Benhaddou west of the city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city is also considered as “Hollywood of Africa” because of its movies industry, we will visit the movie studio and kasbah in city Where a lot of famous worldwide movies were filmed. We are going of course to visit Ait Benhaddou which we already referred to, and where some unforgettable movies were filmed such as The Mummy, Gladiator, Alexander, Prince of Persia, Son of God, and many more.
We drive through the Tizi‘n’tichka is a mountain pass in Morocco, linking the south-east of Marrakesh to the city of Ouarzazat through the High Atlas mountains. It lies above the great Marrakesh plains, and is a gateway to the Sahara Desert. It reaches an elevation of 2,260 metres (7,415 ft) above the sea level, and is the highest major mountain pass in North Africa, then we will reach Marrakech.
