We will begin our trip from the city of Fes by taking you up from your accommodation and then we will initiate our amazing journey, driving to the city of Ifrane with all its unique architecture that gives you the impression that you are actually in Switzerland. Crossing the largest cedar forests in the country and, the second major mountain pass Tizi nTalghamt that offers you a panoramic view over the middle Atlas Mountain and Berber villages; you will arrive at the agricultural capital of Morocco the city of Midelt, where you will enjoy lunch.
After lunch we are going to resume our tour, passing by the Darra valley, where you will have a worth stop, to admire the beauty of this place, beautifully perched by the infinite palm groves lined by the Daraa river; thereupon we will pass by the palm’s city Erfoud and, the small town of Rissani, where you will visit the old Market. At evening, we’ll reach Merzouga, where we’ll stay in an hotel near the dunes, and where you will have dinner and spend the night.
Today we will explore Merzouga desert with off-road vehicles, so After breakfast in the hotel, we will leave and go by desert vehicles to experience the adrenalin rush while driving through the golden dunes of Merzouga, and enjoying the breath-taking sunset.
Finally, you will access to our traditional well equipped camp, where you will be welcomed by a traditional dinner and, a cup of mint tea; while enjoying a local Berber music show. Overnight at tent or under the sky.
The unbelievable sunrise in Merzouga is something not to be ng missed, for this reason we’ll wake up early to eat breakfast, while the sun shines and warms our skins, in an unforgettable moment. So After seeing this natural magic, we will unfortunately leave the impressive Merzouga, driving through the Tinghir province, till we reach one of the best places to be at in Morocco, one of the most spectacular canyons around the world, the “Todgha gorges”, beautifully carved between the hills by the Dades river; here you will enjoy a hike among local people and their packing animals. Later we will proceed towards the Dades gorge where we will enjoy a traditional dinner and we’ll spend the night at a local Riad.
Today, we are going to discover the amazing area of Dades, where you will visit some nomads caves on the way, afterwards we will drive through the amazing Valley of roses, which is all covered by pink and red roses in a charming view. Afterwards, we will drive to Ouarzazate “The Gate to The desert” which is considered as Africa’s Hollywood which we’re going to explore it in a little guided tour.
We’ll have the dinner and spend the night in a Berber guest house.
It’s our last day in this private tour across Morocco, so today we are going to visit after having breakfast of course one of the most visited places of Morocco, and it’s called “The Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou”, considered by the UNESCO as a world heritage site and one of the main attractive sites for universal movies producers such as “Game of Thrones”, “the Mummy”, “Son of God” etc.
After a quiet stay, we will draw our way through the highest mountain pass in North Africa “ Tizi’n’Tichka “, with an altitude of 2,260m upon the sea level, offering us some incredible views over the high Atlas mountains
After driving along we will reach Marrakech at the evening, where we will spend the night at a Riad, and having a good dinner too. And by this our tour will be ended.
